Chocolate-coffee cookies
Chocolate-coffee cookies
I learned
this recipe from the web, but – as always – with my own personal touches.
There are
many cookie recipes, which differ depending on the filling, namely, raisin
cookies, chocolate chip cookies, etc.
“Cookies”, that is to say “ small round biscuits ”,
with a strong chocolate taste and coffee. On the “taste” side, chocolate to
accompany coffee ensures a perfect combination of tastes; The combination
between these two products lies in their great duality, in fact, the sweetness
of the chocolate bringing a balance with the strength of the coffee, let's see
the recipe together:
Recipe:
Ingredients: for around
thirty cookies:
· 1
glass (150 ml) of melted oil and margarine mixture;
· 1
glass, not full, of sugar;
· 1
sachet of 2 grams of instant coffee;
· 1
pinch of vanilla or orange zest;
· 1
pinch of salt;
· 2
tablespoons of cocoa;
· 1
egg;
· Flour
;
· Milk
chocolate.
Preparation:
· Turn
the oven on to 180°;
· In
a salad bowl, put the fat, sugar, flavoring, salt, cocoa then the egg: mix (by
hand or with the paddle if you are using the dough mixer);
· Gradually
incorporate the flour to obtain a dough: leave to rest in the fridge for (15)
fifteen minutes;
· Melt
the chocolate in a bain-marie;
· Form
balls the size of a walnut, which you place on a floured tray or lined with
baking paper;
· Spread
the melted chocolate over the balls before putting them in the oven* ;

for – approximately – (20) twenty minutes.
These biscuits can be stored in the freezer, in an
airtight container. And enjoy your meal.
*: before putting the tray in the oven, you can add crushed almonds, peanuts, etc., or
chocolate chips to the chocolate.
