Homemade ice cream 

With Nougat  (Nougat taste)


I learned this recipe from several cooking enthusiasts, but with my personal touch. 

As for our recipe, we will see the steps to get a good quantity of a homemade ice cream, with nougat, otherwise called "  Frozen Nougat  ": an economical recipe, easy to make and without an ice cream maker.

Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry ice cream… everyone has their favorite flavor or taste. In the heat, nothing makes - most - pleasure for whoever that a good ice to refresh.

Recipe:

Ø  Ingredients:

ü  Nougat:

·     120g of sugar;

·     100g peanuts (previously roasted)

·     1 teaspoon lemon juice

ü  Cream  :

·     ½ liter of milk;

·     100g whipped cream;

·     170g jar of yogurt: caramel flavor

·     3 tablespoons of honey.

Ø  Preparation:

ü  The Nougat:

1.     In a pan or pot, cast iron or stainless steel, put the sugar: leave on low heat until a caramel is obtained;

2.     Add the lemon then the peanuts: mix using a Maryse spatula or a wooden spoon;

3.     Pour this mixture onto a baking paper, on a silicone mat or on marble: spread and let cool;


4.     Break the Nougat into pieces then put in the robot: mix to have a powder.    

 ü  Cream :

1.     In a bowl, put the cold milk and the whipped cream: beat with a mixer to have a very frothy cream (you can use the kneader);

2.     When the cream is very voluminous, and while beating, add the pot of yogurt and then the honey.

3.     Stop beating, then add the Nougat powder (leave a small amount for the decoration): coat;


4.     Pour the result in a mold - as desired - in silicone or glass, in individual molds or in an airtight plastic box;

5.     Put in the freezer for - minimum - ten (10) hours before serving.

And here it is, the moment of pleasure has come to taste a good homemade ice cream, especially when it is too hot, and better still when it is to share with the people we love: abundant happiness ... Enjoy your meal.
